Seven is the ranking of our Prudential Real Estate Professionals franchise, which ranked 7th in the country out of 2100 offices in terms of units sold. 14 is for the percentage of growth in one year - 14% growth in real estate values for the median priced home in Salem according to the National Association of Realtors. 5 is for Salem being ranked fifth in the nation as a result of this growth. California Relocations
I just helped a retired couple from California purchase a home with .44 acres for $373,900. that was a 2004 custom built single level. I offer a planned and organized home tour custom tailored to their needs. We toured homes for nine hours on a Friday and Saturday, took a break on Sunday, and then another three hours on Monday. They made a decision based on three properties that they liked as a result of the tour.
