What is "Pet Friendly Real Estate" ?
Well, if my dog could talk he would probably say that "pet friendly real estate would include a large fenced yard, with squirrels in the trees, and plenty of room to bury a bone. There would be friendly neighbor dogs on the other side of the fence. The garage would have a dog door for easy entry and exit. Cats would be welcome as long as they respected the dog's areas. There would be an off leash or otherwise decent park nearby for walks and having fun, meeting other dogs, etc. Human neighbors would be friendly even though they may not own pets, and the neighborhood would have a "pet watch" system in place that would help lost pets get back to their owners. Finally, the real estate agent who helps in the buying and selling of pet friendly homes would also be pet friendly ! "
